Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
All items have been handpicked, quality checked and are in excellent vintage condition. Some items may contain minor flaws, as is the nature of vintage and preloved clothing. If you require any further photographs, measurements or information about a piece, please contact us at email@example.com.
If an item does not suit, a refund or exchange can be arranged within 14 days of the delivery date. Refunds or exchanges will not be issued after this time has elapsed. To arrange a return, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
All returned items must be in the same condition as dispatched to you and unworn. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us and we cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost in transit, therefore we recommend that you use a tracked service. We also accept returns through Parcel Motel.
All postage return costs are at the responsibility of the customer.
We will confirm with you once we receive your return and your refund has been completed. Please allow up to 5 working days to see the funds appear in your account.
